"The property was easy to locate. The neighborhood is quiet; streets and yards are clean. Despite a few questions about how to access TV, and getting the sofa bed opened, our stay was excellent! Home was very clean and smelled good. Plenty of space for us. The screened porch overlooking the lake was a major plus. Also, the large bedroom upstairs overlooking the lake was great. "We absolutely loved our stay! After a long day at Legoland, it was just a short distance to the house to sit down and relax. The kids especially loved the Avengers themed room! The house is a short walking distance to the water park, which was perfect. The host is wonderful and communicates all the details well. Would stay here again 100%!"

Beautiful, clean and stress free

"We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. Communication was excellent, when we had a minor issue when we first arrived the property manager was straight away calling and helping us resolve the issue even on a Sunday! The house was clean, and had everything to help you have a pleasant stay. The pool was lovely, the only thing needed is an updated skimming net to get the bugs out of the pool, as the one on the property is old and has huge holes. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We rent a villa every year in Florida and this villa by far was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely rent again! "
