"The hostel as such is quite good, located in a side street and therefore relatively quiet. The staff is friendly, but with limited English knowledge. There was some “breakfast” available, but don’t expect too much of it. We had a family room with a double and a single bed, but the mattresses were really hard and it was quite difficult to sleep on them. Very positive, there are wash machines you can use for free, however, for the drier there’s a 3000krw fee for each use. All in all, a good option...

"Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju"

"What makes this place so great is the staff. They are kind, patient, helpful and efficient. The condition of the room was very clean. Yes, you can hear others who make a lot of noise but generally no issue. Love the washing machine and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to LotteMart and a 25 minute bus ride to the market. Perfect location to take the bus - many route options. Overall, I would come back again for the convenience, value...

"We stayed 6 nights, 1 queen bed and 1 large Twin. The Twin bed it need a pad. I asked for padding after 3 nights. Not the same wide with the bed, but it work. I like the bathroom western style and large. They let us use the washer and drying rack. That was great. This hotel near the Jeju Airport and walkable to Bus Terminal, allot of bus stops to choose. Excellent location for first time in Jeju and no car. Tourist information office next to bus terminal. A great tradition Korean...
