"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"The room was huge, beds were comfortable, except the pillows were very high and firm (wokeup with a very stiff neck). The walls were very thin and we heard everything around us until 9:30pm (kids bedtime? kids were running above and next to us) and 6:30am (people moving furniture above us?) VERY LOUD. But great view and fine for the price!"
