And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they don’t understand or they don’t have, especially they can’t...

"전반적인 위생상태 서비스 호텔안내등이 5성급 호텔은 아닌 것 같아요. 5성급 안에서도 너무 차이가 많이 납니다. 룸 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮았지만 전반적인 위생은 지져분 하다고 하기엔 그렇고 깨끗하다고 하기에도 좀....... 발코니는 벌레퇴치를 안해서 아예 나갈수가 없었어요. 화장실의 비데는 고장이나 사용할 수 없었고, 수건은 음... 뽀송하지가 않더라고요. 수영장 사진은 엄청 좋은데 막상 가면 그냥 그래요. 배드는 무조건 돈내야하고 짐을 놓을 곳이 없었어요. 5성급에서 무료배드가 없었던건 처음이네요. 사우나는 곧 바닥이 무너질 것 같았고... 입구의 높이가 성인은 머리를 숙여 들어가야하는데 안내문구가 붙어있지않아 나올때 머리를 부딪혀 너무 아팠어요. 실내 수영장 2층에 의자가 있어 올라가니 정리 청소 되지 않아서 음.... 벌레도 많았어요. 에코빌리지를 낮에 좀 편히 이용하고 바로 숙소로 들어가는 것을 원하시는 분은 추천이지만 호텔에서 호캉스는 살짝 비추 입니다. "
