Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.

It's a beautiful ocean view hotel and very nice hotel cafe. Fantastic outdoor pool for any seasons. A lot of things to do nearby. I can highly recommend north of Jeju island.

Simply nice

It was a great hotel with a quiet location and a view of the ocean. It was clean and simple, but had everything you needed, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Jeju City.

Only issue I had is its location is so far from any of the beaches even with the ocean view and path - so if your not driving you definitely have to take a bus (15-20mins wait for my experience) or you rack up taxi rides just to get into the city even with how much cheaper they are then in Seoul. Also was still undergoing construction in some spots when I went so there was a weird noise starting at 8am. Food was incredible but very busy wait times for the buffet if you don’t go in the opening like I did. Pools are lovely and the hotel is extremely accommodating to children and family’s with adult only options as well. Would definitely come back again with family.

A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm. Also the fitness room needs to be open 24hrs. Im on vacation, not living on a normal schedule. Would to like to access the fitness center any time of the night. Everything closes to early.

Overall the property is very nice and well-kept. Our room, while on the small side, had a stunning view of the water and was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Few speak English so communicating was tough. The breakfast buffet was very nice-plenty of options. I had 2 issues. First the check-in process was bizarre. I travel all over the world and never encountered this process. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check-in wasn’t until 3 pm. No problem. We left our bags and went to walk around the property. As we walked into the property staff ran after us and said no, we had to wait in the lobby until we were checked in. We said okay. They handed us a number and said we were number 21 and it would be about 90 minutes to 2 hours before they got to us. I asked if we could go to the pool in the meantime and they said no. At this point we had been traveling for 12 hours, were very tired and wanted to relax. I asked the registration associate if I was understanding correctly that we had to sit for 2 hours in the small lobby and wait to be called even though no staff were checking anyone in- he said yes. I then said I had clearly made a booking mistake and I was going to find another hotel. At that point they checked me in. I felt very guilty but relieved. Second issue-no service at pool, just a walk-up snack shop with limited options and 2 wine choices. Also no concierge.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The room was very clean, and I loved the L’Occitane brand in the bathroom amenities. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was the limited dining options available at the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It’s lacking restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner (there are no options in the immediate area) and it’s missing a spa. For an upscale hotel, one would expect a spa on the property.
