Great all around hotel.

Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied.

Gold One is a very nice boutique hotel located on south shore about one hour drive from Jeju airport. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and elegant, spacious bathrooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was comprehensive with made to order steak and eggs. Parking for our rental car was free and easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The trail from the hotel through the Secret Garden was an unexpected highlight. The location was reasonably central for touring sites to the west and east but travel is slow due to speed cameras on most roads.

Ocean view is excellent

It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

Beautiful property, fabulous pool. Nice big rooms

I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly

Clean room, great staff, great property.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Surrounding areas were very beautiful. On the first night, there were some smells in the hallway but smell dissipated by next morning.

The reason why I chose to stay here is because I rented a car and read that other hotels didn’t have many parking spots and/or had bad experiences with parking. I needed to guarantee a spot for my car. The resort/hotel is quite excluded from the other areas and there doesn’t seem to be anything around it (nothing within walking distance), besides the convenience store attached to the resort. There also are properties next to it, but the buildings seemed abandoned and/or demolished. I studied the area prior to arriving, so you need to go to building A to check in. Check in process was ok. But when we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. My mom had called the front desk and asked to change the room. It seemed like the front desk didn’t understand her at first, but quickly we got another room, which we were satisfied with. We chose to say in a 1 twin and 1 double room. The whole room was spacious, living room and bathroom. Housecleaning would come everyday and change towels, make the bed, and replenish our water supply (3 bottles per day since it’s a room for 3). Midway through our stay, we were asked to move into another room, due to the AC not working properly. We ended up changing to a room with 3 twin beds, which was fine. There was also a laundry and dryer room, which we used. I think the price depended on the type of load. We chose the standard wash and dry, which was 5,000 won each (cycles took 45 min to 1 hour).

Great hotel location..good walking distance to the market streets and nearby restaurants. Was offered a free room upgrade as my initial room was not ready. Staff was very friendly ans courteous and provided all the information that I needed to enjoy my stay in Jeju
