"The room was spaciuos, the beds comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful and location was nice and convenient. The spa pool was nice but could have been a few degrees warmer. Loved the view from both our room and the pool area."

"Breakfast was delicious but somwwhat limited and mostly korean food. Laundry was convenient but a little expensive (10,000 won). Location is great and near the waterfalls and restaurants. Free parking was very covenient. Hotel is clean but a little dated. Bedding and linen were clean and new. Lota of space for a family of 4 in the family suite."
