"This hotel is a
family friendly one, probably attractive to families with small
kids who love to use outdoor pool. It's a huge complex with 11-stories high building, even though it looks like a small four-level buidling when you enter the complex. It has a well decorated dedicated garden which is a perfect walking trail. The breakfast is excellent with varous choices available to fit your preference. Would love to come back later. Just one strange thing is that they sent me a message to online...

"The staff was very kind. The facilities are aging but the rooms are clean, large, and pool was great. It was nice to have two bathrooms, king beds, a mini fridge. Access to pool and laundry facilities. The area had great restaurants around it in walking distance. "

"The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. Check-in process was not smooth for us, we waited for 5-10 minutes until someone help us, I think it could be better welcoming.
There was no room upgrade as Expedia VIP or saying congratulation for our special day that I mentioned in booking.

"Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out.
This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done.

"여긴 나만 알고 싶은 뷰 맛집입니다.
매년 2차례 이상 방문하는 호텔입니다.
매년 신관을 이용하다가 이번 방문은 본관을 이용했는데, 또 다른 뷰 포인트가 있어서 좋았습니다.
지리적으로 조용하고, 차량이 있다면 접근성도 좋고, 어디든 갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.
본관, 신관 가릴것 없이 어디든 다 좋다는 것이 최고의 장점입니다.
가족 여행이든, 커플 여행이든, 좋은 곳입니다.
이번엔 조식을 이용하지는 않았지만, 조식 맛집이라는 것!!
그리고 석식도 레스토랑 이용 하고자 한다면 강추 입니다.
제주 물가가 엄청 비싼데, 차라리 일정이 빨리 마무리 됐다면 바솔트 레스토랑에서 먹는 석식도 강추 입니다.
그리고 프론트 데스크에서 고생하는 호텔리어분들도 친전한 설명 두말 할 것 없습니다.
돈이 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다.
단, 단점을 꼽자면 리뷰하라고 오는 연락은 항상 체크아웃 하고 메일이 오는데... 체크아웃 전에 리뷰를 할 수 있는 방법 좀 알려주세요~ㅎ 와인 한병 꼭 받고 싶습니다~ㅋㅋ"
