However, we were quite disappointed by the service - left a jacket in the hotel and they won’t help us courier it to our next destination. Amazing hotel with amazing staff in a great location. We had an issue with our hire car and the assistant manager came out to find and help us, i cant thank him enough for his help. Our room was large, very comfortable with a fantastic shower. If i go back to Jeju, i will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. It was child friendly hence we could enjoy the complimentary facilities like shared microwave in the floor hallway to prepare baby food. In the room itself, there’s baby toys and the beds are on the floor. So baby won’t fall off the bed. However, we hope the hotel consider to install brighter lights in the toilet and have a night lamp for parents to make milk or change diaper at night. There were many light switches but only one controls in switching on and off all lights. Hope that can be changed to accommodate parents during midnight feeds or changing.

The hotel is very nice from the entrance already. All coridors are climate controlled so you don’t start sweating as you exit your room. The rooms are spacious, ours was sea view around 25 sq.m. with a king sized bed. The TV isn’t smart, but has 2 HDMIs. The bathroom/wc was also nice and the toilet has a bidet seat installed so that was very good. We had a rental and there is plenty of space to park left from the hotel (for free). The rooftop pool is smaller than it looks on the photos. Also if you haven’t booked breakfast you cannot order coffee until 11 a.m. from the restaurant, but you have two nescafe like coffee bags in your room that get restocked every day along with the 2 water bottles(one per person). There is also a safe in the room that is for free!

Best family hotel

Wonderful hotel. We had the Suite Kids Ocean and it was a dream for our 2 children. Lounge access was included until 9 p.m. Beautiful infinity pool available at the top floor with sea view. Highly recommended.

We booked the kids ondol room for 4 people and hands down has been our worst experience staying in a hotel The room came with one kids bed and 2 futton beds even though the reservation was for 4 people. Upon discussion with receptionist we were told the room only fit for 3 and was offered an additional bed with extra charges which really baffled us as we have paid for 4 people to stay. Even so the room will not fit another bed considering the number of luggages for 4 people. We had spoken to a couple of people at receptionist both with limited English and not much help. In our opinion the room was really not suitable to be occupied by 4 people but they were adamant this was normal. Further to this the futton beds were very thin and almost felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Needless to say none of us had much sleep during the duration of the stay Only positive was the food was at least decent and the housekeeping ladies were very courteous Denitely will not come back and not recommend

The swimming pool that has been advertised is not open before 11 am , check out is at 11 am so we never saw the swimming pool . The hotel does not allow customers that arrive late to use swimming pool in the morning so it was ridiculous and i do not recommend this hotel .

Very dirty

The water in GRAVEL hotel's swimming pool was very dirty. The color of the water was very murky. The pool was small, the size of a room. Still, it doesn't seem to change the water in the pool at all. There were black molds on the wall of the pool. The tiles and sand on the bottom of the pool were ripped off, and my feet hurt. The water in the pool was promoted as hot water, but it was very cold. Many guests were disappointed. It is very rare for a hotel in Korea to be so dirty. Come all the way, and I hope you don't have such a bad experience. I felt sorry for foreigners who came to this hotel. I found a cockroach on my blanket. It was a very dirty and unpleasant accommodation experience.

Nice rooftop pool, short drive to nice beaches. Not too busy of an area, easier to drive in for people not used to Korean driving. Great views from the room no balcony unfortunately. A bit dated, probably needs a better tv entertainment system and a refresh in the rooms. Rooftop bar could probably do with a good cocktail menu.
