"The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Everything was in good working order except the air conditioner. The room temperature fluctuated from 72 to 80 degrees all night long. Overall it was a better room than I expected for the price but could have been better."

"I was denied early check in, and when I went to check in I was given keys went up the to the room, saw it was the wrong room type. Came back down and was told they didn’t have the room type I booked, and was told oh well.. we don’t have any king beds available… The bed was a clean, the shower was not… maybe it’s just me but it’s disturbing seeing someone else’s little curly hairs (you know from where) in the shower floor… Drawer in the room wouldn’t stay close unless the bed comforter was again holding it closed. The PA system in the room had a quiet buzzing sound, the blackout curtains were off just enough to let light through them. TV had a bunch of issues with missing / not working channels, etc.. A bunch of little annoyances. Hotel has potential, but it’s like the staff just gave up and stopped trying"

"Rooms are weathered but clean. Sheets had holes in them. Staff was friendly. Breakfast isn’t large enough. We couldn’t get a table or sit outside. Too many people, they should create a schedule for there guests to arrive. "
