"I didn’t realize how big the place was or how much there was to do.. def will stay longer next time but we loved it while we were there."

"We were only at the property for one night & did arrive late in the evening, so our experience was limited, however after checking in and getting to our room we discovered that there were no extra sheets or bedding for the pull-out couch. Called the front desk, & they said they would send someone up with some. We waited & waited, finally looked outside the door & found bedding left at the door without anyone knocking to say it was there, only top sheet & a very thin blanket. As I said, it was late when we checked in, around 10pm, so everything was closed which was expected. I went to get some ice out of the freezer & the bin was empty. I called the front desk to ask if there was an ice machine, to be told only the freezer ice & that I needed to switch the ice maker on to get ice. Which meant no ice for the evening for us. We went to get cleaned up for the night & discovered no soap in the soap dispenser, so I thought I'd try the body wash, empty...& the shampoo, empty. Went into the kitchen to wash my hands with dish soap & found the fresh roll of paper towels with a huge wad of black fuzzy lint or something stuck to it. It was really a lot for one evening!!! The next morning, check out at 10 am, at 9:45am as we were gathering our last bit of luggage to leave, someone just knocked on the door & walked in the room. Assumed it was housekeeping, have no idea as they just walked out again. This was not the best experience. Left all this detail with the hotel, no response."

"AC worked well. Parking was easy. Room was clean. It was all pretty good for the price."

"Staff there was amazing. Always welcoming. However the room was definitely smaller than in the pictures. Bedroom was excellent same with bathroom but the kitchen living room was combined to,where u can't even use the pull out couch and move around. You have to move the table and be almost against the sink from the foot of the bed. Pictures so it seperate and it is not. I wish that the amenities on the resort were including. Some were yet some were not. "

"We had a great stay at Spectrum Resort Orlando! This was our second visit, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our unit was clean and very nice (floors could’ve been a little better, but nothing major). The amenities are amazing—my daughter absolutely loves the water park! The location is super convenient with Walmart, Publix, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy drive to Disney and Universal. We’re already planning to make this our go-to spot for spring break every year!"

"I was very satisfied with my day! The low price point had me scared, but my room was clean and easily accessible. Free parking AND breakfast aren’t always easy to come by in Orlando (especially that close to the parks) so I was a happy girl! I would definitely stay here again"

"Unit was large and clean. Very comfortable for family reunion. Walkable to main hotel or shuttle service could be called. No need for car suring stay. Access to restaurants and waterpark by shuttle or walking"

"Shower drain was clogged , and did not drain for a long time so had to stand in nasty water , pool had black pieces that look like dird poop and other stuff at the bottom and floating, hairs left on the bedding from other guests , dlack marks on the pillow case"

"Charging for parking that is open parking and wanting 200 deposit every high n no resort charge for parking "
