「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!」

「My husband and I came to Scottsdale for a couple of getaway days and could not have been happier with our choice of where to stay. The host is great, the home is lovely, clean, well appointed... and the neighborhood is a surprisingly quiet, walkable area adjacent to busy, accessible suburban life. 「This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !」

「If you are seeking a quiet, lovely spot to stay in Scottsdale- look no further. Guest house property was immaculate, off street parking in an upscale neighborhood, lovely pool to cool off in after a long day, and friendly on-site owners in main house who provided great dining suggestions and friendly conversation. 「We booked one night and the following day to relax at the end of our trip, which Susan was extremely gracious in accommodating. The guest house is spotless and so cozy with so many thoughtful touches. We felt so at home. Susan was very responsive throughout the whole process and is such a kind and generous host!
