「We've been using VRBO for about 10 years and this property is the best experience of all time. 「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!」

「Due to some timing issues, we were allowed to check in early. The owner had the place ready for us with the A/C on. She was always available and always willing to help. The house is very spacious with wonderful accompaniments. Shower has great water pressure!!!!! It’s located right down the road from Canyon Lake! The mountains. We had a wonderful time!!! 」

「We booked one night and the following day to relax at the end of our trip, which Susan was extremely gracious in accommodating. 「This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !」

"空港、ホテルからの送迎もスムーズで、スタッフさんの対応も感じがよかったです。エレベーターが1つしかないのと少し音がして怖かったこと以外はお部屋も広く綺麗で言うことなしです。また利用したいと思います。"

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"
