「One nights stay while visiting family. Lovely bed and slept very well. Would stay again but carpet and surrounding areas needs some TLC ( sorry gave 5 * but got the hotels we stayed at mixed up!!) Staff friendly 」
「Fantastiskt som vanligt; trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rymligt rum i gott skick med allt man kan behöva för en längre vistelse och nära till centrala staden. Vi saknade dock en sax i köket, och duschen hade några småfel - dels läckte det handhållna duschmunstycket något och dels var plastskärmen längst ner på duschdörren lös så vi fick sätta dit den själv. Hade varit behändigt med en något större soptunna samt en kompost för matavfall, och en återanvändbar disktrasa. 」
「Check in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. 」
「Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. 」
「This was the best hotel given its location how Central it was to everything. The ease of public transportation right outside the front door having breakfast provided and the restaurant absolutely had a full service menu that was to die for! We couldn't have asked for better!」

「Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc
Food portions great - kids meals were massive

「Very quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if we’d like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did. 」
