"We love this hotel but we're terribly disappointed with the refrigerator in our room. It's too small to hold waters and pop and dips. We were charged an extra $50 to use a larger refrigerator in our room and that's just ridiculous to us!! We ate all our meals at their restaurant too!"

"Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay...
