I recently stayed at your hotel Holiday Inn Express with my family, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by the unpleasant sight of a dead roach on the bathroom floor. As if that wasn't bad enough, we soon discovered another roach on the ceiling. Naturally, I reached out to customer service for immediate assistance. They assured me that someone would be sent to help, but after waiting over 30 minutes, our calls were ignored, and no one arrived. Desperate for assistance, I approached a cleaning lady in the hallway and asked for her help with the roach on the ceiling. Despite her best efforts, it was clear she lacked the proper tools or authority to handle the situation. Eventually, someone from the staff arrived, but all they brought was a bottle of spray. I explained that spraying the roach was not a viable solution, especially since we were not offered another room. With tired family members and ten pieces of luggage, moving to a different hotel and arranging another Uber was not feasible for us, especially given our short stay of less than 12 hours. As if the evening's ordeal wasn't enough, I woke up at 3 a.m. the next morning to find roaches not only in the bathroom but also crawling on the floor and even on the lamp. This was the final straw, confirming that the hotel had a serious pest problem that was not being adequately addressed.The lack of responsiveness and inadequate handling.
