I couldn't find the check in instructions so sent a message via expedia and the owner Francesco called me within minutes with instructions. Very soft pillows, great hair dryer, tea, espresso and snacks provided 24/7. "Extreme bad!!!! First, the hotel has changed. There is no sign to say hotiday. And it is on one way street. I cycle the road for one hour and I finally went in to ask. Second. It says free parking. The car park is full and there are no street parking. Very very bad. Lastly. I stay Friday to Tuesday. Entire stay, WiFi is down. Nobody fixes. The explain is “it is weekend”.
