「Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. During our 3 week stay he continued to check it to see if he could be of assistance. The studio was clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. 「I enjoyed the stay in the condo. The condo was clean when I arrived and was equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is within an easy walk of both the Mega grocery store and the town of Bucerias where there is a nice market and a lot of fabulous restaurants. There were a few minor concerns during my stay (hot water tank pilot went out and dryer belt needed to be changed) and the owner was very prompt to have them addressed.」
