「部屋が綺麗でとても広く、窓も大きいので明るい。バスルームも二つあってとても便利だった。追加ベットを頼んだら無料でエアーベットを用意してくれていた。キッチン用品も充実している。WiFiの繋がりも良かった。 スミソニアン博物館に行きたかったので近くて良かった。付近にはレストランも沢山あるし、アパートの下には小さいけれどスーパーがあったので飲み物等購入できた。チェックイン前に送られてくるメールに部屋番号が記載されていて、それを受付で見せると鍵がもらえる。メールでの返事がなかなかこないので、何か質問等ある場合は直接電話をしなければならなかった為多少英語が話せるならとても良いところだと思う。」

「We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. 「A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. 「It didn’t appear until later in the process that there was a a large “facility/property fee.” The room rate per night plus tax was quite reasonable, but adding in the above fee made the rate excessive. The rate increased several hundred dollars. In addition, those with allergies and/ or asthma need to know the despite warm weather, the a/c isn’t turned on in the building until May 15. 「Apartment was great and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The communication was clear. I wish the listing was made clear that parking should be taken care ahead of time. Since I knew it at the last minute, I had to pay last minute and had to follow up a couple of times with the support team to know how to access the parking tag, where to park etc. There was still good support from them but the churn I felt could be avoided.」
