"The room was clean and spacious, the bartender downstairs was attentive, friendly and made my old fashion exactly how it should have been made."

"Guest was my son (adult) but I was paying for the room. Even though I pre-paid through Expedia, they still asked my son for a deposit, which was returned when he left. Also, upon receiving the room, the toilet was dirty, like recently used, and my son had to ask the staff for a cleaning."
