Just unbelievable. Photos are very misleading and even purposely hide a very strange and unsafe glass door in our room that led to a decaying pool. Absolutely terrible

The staff tried with remarkable odds against them to make the stay good obviously, the owners of this property do not care to keep it clean or enough staff to keep it organized. I would never recommend anyone ever staying at this property.

The place is filled with troubled individuals and has a very unkempt atmosphere. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. I would not recommend staying here unless you are in a desperate situation. Just be sure to say your prayers while you’re here. I took pictures if needed.

I didnt get to see the property because i was unable to check in due to the line being out the door and there were several people at the desk complaining that the rooms were not clean. The clerk was telling them she knew the rooms werent clean so i got tired of waiting to check in to a dirty room and left. The clerk also announced to everyone that certain rooms were no longer availabile so we were not guaranteed to get what we booked.

Tried calling every number we could find - kept getting hung up on. Had to drive completely across town, and when we got there it was filthy, dirty towels, 2 people in front of us came back out of there rooms with dirty linens and cancelled as well. We cancelled right there and then and stayed with a friend. And they still tried charging us for the reservation. I have been in contact with my bank for fraud. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

Don't ever stay at this crap-hole!

The hotel heater didn't work, and it was freezing outside. No hot water. I finally left with no sleep and shower.

The place was very dirty. We had several issues with the door and the wifi. The towel I used wasn’t even washed. For the value, you get a place to stay, but I would bring your own stuff. Just a night to sleep

An inspector should go and check this hotel out,

The stay was the worst ever, the room was dirty with bed bugs, the air conditioner not working the toilet seat broken with a big crack, the shower tub feels like falling off , no remote control for the tv. We have to change 3 rooms because of all things not working, the pillow cases with yellow stain and burn cigarette sheets . I will never go back and I don’t recommended at all. The owner didn’t even care for any complain and on the website this hotel shows as temporary closed .no cleaning standards at all.

This location was nothing like what was on the Expedia app. I had to clean and disinfect everything. We went to a nearby store and bought cleaning supplies, 2 pillows and 2 blankets because we were too afraid to sleep on the bed. There were roaches. And it smelled like a house. I woke up with a headache because of the dust. People were walking around my room making noises all night all. We left that property at 7am because of the poor surroundings.

The best way to summarize this property is that the owners seem to have decided not to fix any damages about a decade ago, and now the property is essentially a derelict motel that should be given zero stars. Even basic amenities that one expects in a a hotel (a phone to call the front desk for help, a stopper in the sink, toilet roll holder, clean floor upon check-in, a door that closes fully) are not present. Expedia should de-list this property from its listings - I ended up paying $132 a night for this junk (not including taxes), when it felt like staying at a cheap $40/night motel.

False advertising of the worst kind regarding the motels cleanliness, amenities and overall condition of the rooms. Local buildings are seen in the advertisement photos.The walls were paper thin (if you can call it a wall) a thin cheap door duct taped to the next room. The neighbors were loud. There were no towel’s or trash cans. The air/heating system was broken, but it worked. What’s worse there is a “no cancellations policy” and there is a 50$ deposit. Please have someone make an unannounced inspection of this place. It is unfortunate that people are taken advantage of by false advertisement and the lack of affection for others!

The first "non-smoking' room given to me was horrid. It had the stench of cigarettes, the bed was wobbling back & forth, the & the vanity light & smoke detector were broken. I requested another room which was slightly better, but i was never transferred to that room in their system so someone else was assigned to my room & a key was given to them. they tried to enter twice even after i told them it wasn't their room. The police were called & they came pounding on my door thinking i was in violation. Hotel staff were very unprofessional & scetchy. DON'T STAY THERE OR STAY AT YOUR ON RISK!!!!!

This place was horrible!!! The first room we were sent to wasn’t even cleaned yet! All the bedding was pilled on the beds and garbage everywhere. So they gave us a different room with only one bed! They had cleaned this room but it was far from clean! There was zero towels. I asked for some towels and was given a couple dingy ones and was told they had no wash cloths. I skipped taking a shower cause the shower was nasty and so were the towels. The room stunk bad like old pinesol and funk! The sheets had burn holes in them and it had no blanket just 2 top sheets. Meth heads and hookers were everywhere. A few of the methheads were up all night working on a car. Also said the pool was open, it said it on the sign out side and on the booking site but it was far from open!!! It had a little bit of muddy water at the bottom. The pool looks like it’s has been open for years!!!! This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed at EVER!!! We were so tired from driving from Georgia and we booked on the site so we couldn’t get our money back either cause it’s non refundable! So we had no choice but to stay! I was up all night cause I was terrified our cars were gonna get broken into! This place should be condemned! They should not be allowed to rent these rooms to anyone!!! I took a bunch of pictures! Holes in the walls no light covers just light bulbs exposed! There was also a rolled up joint on top of our mirror so that tells you how clean it is!! Lol. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
