"Nice staff"

"The noise coming from the hallways was rediculous at early hours of the morning. The door/walls were not thick enough or noise cancelling which made it uncomfortable when guests were outside your room. Also one of the times housekeeping came to the room they left a dirty towel on the ground along with a piece of trash. The beds were also not made however the trash had been emptied and we got new bath towels added. It was strange how some things had been done and not the other. Breakfast only being until 9am wasn’t great. It would have been ideal to have it until 10."

"The check in experience was terrible, we never got a phone call, we went back at 4pm and waited in line for a half and hour to be told that our just became available at that moment. The beach loungers are not complimentary like they advertised. Little things like checking out via the TV which they advertise as an easy option was not avaliable. When I asked the front desk why she said some rooms just don't. Staff was less than helpful or courteous. The only person we liked was the bartender at the lounge bar on Sat evening in the hotel lobby, she was wonderful. And the view from our room was beautiful, but we paid a pretty price for it. "

"Didn’t even stay the first night. My room was as definitely not up to par and absolutely not up to “Hilton” standards. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this was by far my worst experience. There was pubic hair in the shower, the sofa had mismatched cushions (completely different color cushions than the sofa itself), the bedspread was tattered and the pillows were dirty/brown. This reminded me of a cheap motel instead of a Hilton. "

"The harbor view was so nice. It was great to sit out on the balcony in the morning or evening. The continental breakfast wasn’t that nice. We were fairly satisfied with our accommodations. I was a bit taken aback when we asked for fresh towels for only the second time in a week, and we were told to bring our used towels down to the front desk to exchange them. That didn’t feel accommodating AT ALL It was our only housekeeping ask the entire week. We even took our trash out ourselves and used plastic shopping sacks for our trash. I found that very strange to ask a guest to go traipsing through the hotel with dirty towels. "
