「Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!」

Cabin 2 was comfortable (minus the acorns falling on the tin roof), well maintained, everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Very close to Navarre beach, 30 min from downtown Pensacola and lots of great food options. We plan on returning!」

「We absolutely LOVED the little "Cottage #5". Check in was super simple, and Lona was extremely responsive to emails. From the moment we opened the front door, we were greeted with a clean, fresh and cozy beach themed decor; and even found a welcome bag on the counter and a "Thank You" Key Lime pie in the fridge. Amazing first impressions! The cottage is in a great location, minutes from the beach, shopping and access to all necessary roads. We were looking for a PET FRIENDLY place to rent near...

「This was a great place for my family and I to stay. Great for large groups. Perfect location. Nice and tidy. If you like it cold…the AC works great. The mattress in MB was firm but good. They should’ve supplied more trash bags in the kitchen. However, I did not ask for more. Other than that it was perfect 」

「Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!」
