「Great」

「the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again」

「We loved the cottage and the neighbor. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It was close to the beach, restaurants we wanted to try and it had everything we needed for our trip. We would love to come back and I already have recommended the cottage because it was so great.」

「Great location short walk to beach」

「The condo was fine. It is a 2nd floor walk up which is not stated anywhere in the property details. We are older and i would not have chosen this condo had i known. We had to struggle with our luggage and groceries because of the stairs. Also the bath tub did not have grab bars so it did not feel safe for us. Next time i will pay more attention to details! On the plus side, Glass Casa was wonderful to work with. We had issues with the wifi and the TV and they came out promptly to service both....

「Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.」

「We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.」

「The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe...

「複数のホテルと居住型の混在施設。施設の敷地がとても広く、98号を隔ててゴルフ施設側(Bay側)と海(ビーチ側)に別れている。 今回は、Bay側に宿泊したので海に行くには車に乗って移動。 ビーチにstayするには、日差しが強いのでパラソルをレンタルするか持参が必須。 白い砂浜のビーチはすんでいて、本当に美しく遠浅なので子供ずれも多かった。 次回は、海側のホテルにstayしたいです。」

「Im not sure what the name is of the ma’am that checked me in is Maria but she was amazing. Great hospitality from her end. Room itself was comfortable.」
