"I had to wait over a hour to check in because there “system” didn’t have my reservation that was made months ago. My first room was hot and the air never came on switched rooms and I still had to stay in a hot room then on the last day after coming back from the pool thinking I’m going to shower before the airport I couldn’t the water stopped working and when it did it was just a drizzle and was brown. So I had to leave for the airport smelling like pool water and itching not fun will not go back to this hotel ever and possibly never a Hilton again"

"Some confusion on an extra sofa in the room with pull out bed, in addition to two queen beds so obviously we thought the room was bigger. Also comments on the website as to how many the room slept. If our extra person had come, we would have been up the creek. My only complaint. Also looked like breakfast was included and it was NOT."

"The room was outdated to the MAX. The TV was one of the first “flat TV” model, it was a 24”, with wonderful lines across it which made the effects superb (sarcasm). The fridge was to die for as in I wish there was one. The bed frame was a California king with a full size bed which was 6” away from the bed. The night stands were mixed matched and neither matched the bed. The pool water was green and not the pretty green more like it had enough algae to walk on. However, for the price and a very short stay it wasn’t terrible because the location made up for it, it’s ok if you are not going to spend time in the room."
