"Staff informative, room excellent and great location."

"Room was nice and big! Bathroom was nice but water leaks a lot from the shower and the shower had an AWFUL smell! Firstly, the shower didn’t drain so we got someone to come and clean the drain. However, after that the smell was disgusting coming from the drain and it didn’t go away. Assuming it’s an old building with old drains but taking a shower wasn’t the nicest. Other than that, breakfast was great and the room itself was lovely. "

"We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2 connecting rooms. "
