「いつもはカールトンオークスに泊まるのですが、初めてベストウエスタンに泊まってみました。スタッフは素晴らしく、朝食も気楽に取れる環境で素晴らしかったのですが、 トイレが…壊れてました💦　うまく流れないんです。フロントに拙い英語で訴えたのですが、直しておくとの事でしたが、きちんと直ってなくて。他の家族の部屋のトイレを借りてましたが、非常に不便でした。」

「Nightly rate was comparable to the motel 6 and super 8 close by; however, what sets this place apart from those other motels is that as a single woman I actually felt safe here. I felt safe parking my car here and getting a good nights rest. The cleanliness is far better than I expected and aside from the location right off a busy street it’s peaceful and quiet.」

「予約済みなのに、チェックインの際にパスポートではダメだと言われた。 結果宿泊できたが、住んでいる人もいるようで、駐車場で犬を散歩させていたり、ボロボロの車が停まっていたり、夜中に声が聞こえたり。子連れだったので少し怖かった。 石鹸ひとつあるだけで、ドライヤーもなかったので、購入した。連泊する予定の方は、ドライヤー持参で行く方が良い。」

「Stephanie, the front desk staff, was very cheerful and diligently attended to my requests. The other staff members were also very kind. As for the facilities, I felt the shower pressure was very weak.」

「フリーウェイを降りて直ぐの所にありますので、利便性はいいです。施設そのものは古いですが、清潔に保たれていますし、受付の方や朝食を用意してくれる方も親切で、非常に感じがいいです。朝食はゆで卵やソーセージが付いていて、この手のホテルでは珍しいコンチネンタル・ブレックファストです。しかも美味しかったですし、料金と比較しても非常にリーズナブルだと思います。」

「I stayed this motel for three nights. I found everywhere in the room was greasy. I cleaned up everything before I unpacked and settled in. The motel itself was quiet, and nothing bothered me. The parking space was OK. I didn't know until I arrived at the motel that there was no hair dryer in the room, which I bought at Walmart nearby. I might come back to this motel with the hair dryer and deterdent for grease in the room. I think this motel is worth for the money I paid.」

「エクスペディアで予約してお金を払っていたのに 予約ありませんと言われ二回ホテル代を支払うことに 夜遅くになり他のモーテルを探す時間も無く、、、 その上デポジット代の10ドルも朝に返金されず 良くないホテルでした。 部屋は息苦しく、お香を焚いたのか気持ち悪かった。」

「Staff was absolutely amazing. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, quite large. Basic amenities in room included refrigerator! Plenty of free parking. Restaurants abound in area. 」
