"the rooms were pretty basic ,tea/coffee,fridge,microwave,toaster.good size bathroom and shower,comfortable queen bed,tv,table and chairs.5min walk to bus and 4 stops to train station,10 min walk to dfo.great public transport with bus,tram and train.the staff were really friendly,the place neads good spruce up,if your fussy its probably not for you.price was good considering it was cup week that i stayed.would stay their again if i was in melbourne"

"Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. "A bit of a process to get into property, couldn’t find where to park, for us to get the car park fob. The apartment has a spectacular view of Flemington racecourse! No close eateries, so prepare yourselves with food staples before you get to apartment. Otherwise a tram goes into city, which we didn’t have time. Supermarket is a hike, so take comfy shoes. Checking out was also a job. Down to carport, take car out, take fob back up to room, back down to car. Communication with owner was good,...

"Lovely apartment, nice view from the balcony. Unfortunately next door had a yappy dog, their balcony was the dogs toilet area, absolutely disgusting. Stay comfy cleaning service forgot to clean the floors, we had to do that ourselves. Cleaning is their weakest link. Then they request that the apartment is left clean at the end of the let, they expect payment from the customer for doing their job."
