I couldn't be happier with this hotel. It was perfect in every aspect. in staff and service are amazing. There are beautiful views on the rooftop terrace. A really nice swimming pool crystal clear water, however I was quite cold which some people really like. They've got an excellent gym. The parking arrangement is very good and simple to navigate. There is 15 minute free street parking right outside so you can check in before going to the car park. The rooms are really clean and there is access to washing machines and dryers. The kitchen in the hotel room is great with everything you need from the full size fridge and freezer to a dishwasher and microwave, kettle and utensils. There are fresh cows in the bathroom everyday, and there is a hairdryer. There is a safe as well in the room. I had an excellent experience and definitely give 5 out of 5 stars.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with good pillows. The addition of the kitchenette was convenient. The location of the hotel was convenient to cafes, restaurants, shopping and transport. My only issue with the hotel was that the bedside lamps were touch sensitive and so were easy to accidentally turn on in the middle of the night if you reached for something on the bedside table. And then you had to cycle through three brightness settings to turn it off. My solution was just to turn off the switch at the power point when I went to sleep.

Right beside QVM, but driving and parking around this area is torturous. Hotel is clean and neat, though there were reno works all around lobby which was untimely for us. Otherwise fantastic!

Excellent hotel in a very convenient part of the CBD. Room was good for a 4 person family. Really liked the fact that there was laundry facilities that were free to use. Very friendly staff

Great location, a few steps to queen Victoria market and other restaurants, tram and coffee! Staff was very helpful and they go out of your way to feel welcomed and answer questions about the beautiful city of Melbourne. Rooms were comfy and up to date, free laundry access, pool and fitness room. You can’t go wrong staying here!

The hotel is right next to the Queen Victoria Market which offers a lot of fresh and tasty food options. Several nice cafes downstairs with great coffee. Many international fare nearby, even a 24-hour McDonalds just around the corner. Easily walkable to tram stops including the free tram. Hotel room is spacious and clean. No toothbrushes provided so do bring your own.
