「Buffet and Kyoto were good. Both steakhouse and seafood restaurant need some improvement. The towel station staff near the family rooms were rude and combative when towel cards were requested.」

「It was ok. The pools were beautiful and the water park was nice. The food is terrible everywhere though, The wine bar closed by 9:30, the gelato place by 10 and the paleta place also by 10. The staff were complaining about how everyone wanted gelato but they needed to close because they were tired. If you have 30 people in line waiting, it’s because you’re understaffed AND your service is slow, Plus you’re complaining people want to spend money and enjoy..
