「Great 」

「Very warm welcome. Very clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed with nice clean bedding. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food.. My wife is vegetarian and this was catered for with a very helpful manner. We would happily use this hotel again.」

「Very disappointed with Shower very poor hot water pressure and to top it, hot water was barely tepid nobody wants to come from a days work to a cold shower and start the next day when shower was still cold. I also don’t see why they charge for car parking. I won’t be back. 」

「Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. No noise from any other rooms. Tea and coffee making equipment and supplies inn the room. With the window open the noise from the motorway was quite loud and with the window closed it was quite stuffy. Rather small pillows. OK for an overnight stay.」

「Good price for booking one day in advance. I would I stay here again? Probably not. Good for one night stop off heading North, but I can’t see it being an ideal location for a short break. 」

「Nice rooms. Bathroom too small for me unfortunately. Pub looks a bit tired and could do with a makeover. Steps to rooms are metal fire escape outside at the back but treads not deep enough so be careful walking down them. Good atmosphere.」

「A very clean room with friendly staff and convenient albeit limited parking. Our issues came from the rail radiator in the bathroom not working as well as the bathroom being cold overall. The check in and check out processes were seamless.」

「Exceeded expectations. The staff team were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great coffee. We ate breakfast and dinner and had great food.we also atexat the bistro opposite which was great. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Parking is limited but easy to get too. Linen nice and clean, towels and bedding. Tea and coffee provided in room. Only problem is that twice we have visited the hotel recently and had problems with the shower, no cold water therefore water was too hot, and previously shower handle broke off. First time another room was provided, second time offered a change of room or a room for a shower, staff offered a solution. All staff very friendly. 」
