「We got a room with no elevator hard for someone with a disability, front desk not very social we need to get words out of their mouths but location perfect location for downtown Charleston no car need it」

「The room was amazing, not your cookie cutter hotel or layout , very unique hotel. They did a good job of letting us know before we got there that it’s under renovation, but be prepared it’s a MAJOR renovation. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again 」

「This hotel and it's staff are absolutely wonderful, only small hiccup was our room wasn't ready almost and hour after check in, but they made up for the inconvenience in a big way and made our stay even more fantastic, and I'm grateful for that, can't wait to be back」

「We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too. My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard...
