「My husband and I LOVED our stay at the Regatta. We would, without hesitation, stay again if we ever returned to Folly Beach. I share the following in hopes to provide insight for anyone else looking to book a stay. 「The concept of southern hospitality doesn’t exist at this Inn. We expected a charming, welcoming and cozy stay. We received a rude staff - unfriendly greeting, and certainly nothing cozy. 「Lovation」

「Excellent location, and nice walk along the water into the French Quarter. We stayed in the main house on the third-floor suite for three nights. The first floor is like a museum, the second floor a couple of nice rooms, and the third floor has two large suites with park view and an up-dated nice shower. Note though: no elevator, not much parking, limited continental breakfast options, and we thought housekeeping did a very, very minimal job not worthy of a 5-star hotel. She did not vacuum, wipe...

「Amazing place! The host made us feel at home and the property was immaculate inside and out. Sunset views are perfect. Will absolutely return. 」

「This is a self service hotel. No staff on premises. The breakfast that claims to be included is yogurt in the fridge and some granola. They don’t restock the fridge therefore there was no water after our second day, the water fountain also never worked so we couldn’t refill the coffee machine. The internet also didn’t work. All in all I don’t know how this could be rated a four star property.」
