"As I pulled up one afternoon, the building reminded me of a Bronx New York apartment building in the summertime people hanging out front on the railings running around and some shady characters walking around. I was a little nervous about staying there although I travel all over the country and am used to just about anything. The room was OK, but would not recommend it for a family."

"I LOVE this place... the building is older than the ocean itself. So it has the feel of an older building however THE ROOMS ARE GREAT!! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. The location is PERFECT.. rightly between the boardwalk and family kingdom , walking distance for both...I have stayed there MULTIPLE times..Room 310❤️🏖"
