「We reserved 3 king bed terrace first floor rooms due to having 2 children. Desk informed me we were all on 4 th floor due to Expedia upgrade. We reserved 1st floor purposely and was told nothing we requested was available until next day . Resulting in 2 rooms having to move to first floor the next day」

「Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great.」

Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. Even more concerning, however, was that at night we could hear conversations from the neighboring room through the vent with remarkable clarity. 「Such a relaxing place to stay. Comfortable rooms, a very nice pool, friendly staff. Just an easy ferry ride across the river to where all the action is at. The staff was very with early check in and late check out. Definitely would stay again」
