「I’ve stayed at the Sands for 7 years and this is my first stay in this condo… it was beautiful - everything we needed was there. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a washer dryer but we used the laundry and it worked out great! Would recommend ! 」

「Our family was extending vacation with a couple days in North Myrtle Beach. The location was great and had a wonderful view. Pool areas were fantastic and well maintained. It’s clear the property is older but our rental has lots of updates and provided just what we needed. Overall it was clean but the additional linens and pillows were stained but not a major concern since we had enough on hand to get by. Communication was great and we had no other issues or concerns. 」

「I gave this unit a 5 star review because it met our 3 criteria. It must be clean with comfortable beds and amenities that are reasonable. We are both in our 60’s and if we can’t sleep, vacation isn’t as fun. What I wish I had known is the coffee pot is a Keurig that has basket for the pot and can accommodate single serve pods. It made good coffee. The owner left such considerate items like there were plenty of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and salt/pepper. The towels in the unit...
