"Newly renovated property. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Our view could have been better as we were overlooking the roof of the building but that truly is our only complaint."

"Not servicing the rooms should have been communicated in advance of booking, not when you arrived to the facility! We could not even get a fresh towels nor trash is collected. It is clearly a hotel for travelers with pets. The breakfast was poor, not worth the money we paid at all. Staff was very kind but not contributed to our request."

"A lovely, well positioned hotel, with all the old world Southern charm you expect from an old established hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa and restaurant are top notch and the staff very helpful. If you are staying in Charleston this is the place to stay at."
