VERY friendly and attentive staff, great room. Had a maintenance issue which was handled promptly. Comfortable bed. We appreciated option for breakfast buffet (good value but food was lukewarm at best regardless of whether we were there when it opened or two hours in.) great location.

Best option for us while attending an event at McCormick place, with ability to park in public parking that is cheaper than the hotel parking!
