"Front desk was ok. You can tell they were going through the motions. The breakfast buffet staff told us we can sit anywhere. We decided to grab our food first and when we were going to sit down they told us we couldn't sit there and it's reserved... I was confused so I talk to the staff"
"The check-in and check-out experiences were great. The staff was extremely helpful and always having a cheerful disposition.
The renovated rooms were awesome. Getting rid of the jacuzzi tubs was a great decision.
