Dirty stained floors windows& doors didn’t lock properly we had no problems however we felt unsafe because of the issues with windows and door . We were here for 3days /nights and never had any maid service . Had 1 half used shampoo & no conditioner the whole 3 day visit . No trash removal or any other service was provided.

Well laid out Hotel. Older style and Very Clean. Nice amenities for the price. Easy access location in Center of City. A much better deal as it has free breakfast and free and easy parking

I have stated this property many times in 30 years… But this is probably my last time. The room was absolutely disgusting. The hotel’s general appearance is below standard that I’ve met before there. Staff was awesome. My sink did not drain. My shower was so crusty it didn’t spray water And they did not manage the juvenile hotel guest making tons of noise.

Sign claims cleanliness matters… I have my doubts

Upon arrival, AC went out I had a room for two night stay. AC going out in the summer. You could only imagine how the room felt. Was told that the manager of the hotel would contact me..never did. The rooms were being remodeled on the floor that we were at. Carpet was filthy. No notification received prior to arrival about remodeling being done at the property. My nine month old baby was unable to crawl on the carpet since the conditions were filthy, which made it difficult for us to stay in the room .TV and phone in the room did not work. Management doesn’t seem to want to reimburse us for a room that did not accommodate what a room should provide. I would’ve booked another room, but unfortunately, there was a large event in that area that caused many rooms to have no vacancy.

During our recent 3 night stay we were first put into a room with carpet with paint and other stains, terrible smell, we refused the room and were given a better one, The next day the water was shut off from 11 am-4 pm -plumbing problems. That night the air conditioning was out of order for entire building! It was 95 degrees that day. Luckily because of room change we were on the first floor, The possitive was the very friendly and helpful staff, especially the young woman at the front desk. We stayed there last year and didn't encounter these problems but I would not risk staying there again.

Terrible experience. Let’s start with the fact the the AC was broken in the whole hotel, it was hot summer and there were no fans available. At the reception we were told that the owner will issue us a full refund but later on we found out it will only be partial refund. They knew about the AC issue’s already from the afternoon so they could have informed customers or bought fans on time. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. On top of that I wouldn’t say the place was really clean. There were stains on the carpet and the whole of the bathroom sink had black and orange stains. The furniture is really outdated and not very practical. There was hand lotion but no hand soap?! Not sure where is the logic in that. The windows open only partially so it’s really hard to get any air in. Also the surrounding were very load and even though our room was looking at the parking lot, we could hear drunk people talking all night and motors passing by from the street. In total, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

Air condition wasn't working. Water comes out with black metal or dirt. Does not look like carbpn and cuts hand. Ask reception if there is a bathroom I can wash out and was told plummer came to fix yesterday and keep running water till clean but metal keep coming. Couldn't wash hand or take shower. Had to go out buy water to wash hand, clean face, brush tooth.

Check in time was 3pm wasn’t able to check in till 7pm. Air conditioning kept breaking down, and house keeping never cleaned room. Had to go to the desk to get extra towels.

A/C broken in middle of summer very hot here in carson city they advertise air conditioned rooms would not give us another room now we have to try and get some kind of refund from expedia and property will never use this for a room again very unsatisfied false advertising and when we got to room water was not working bathroom was dirty we do not recommend.

Terrific location, solid and really really clean. Tiny bit outdated rooms but staff was AMAZING and garage parking was fantastic.

The only 1 thing I like it’s the bed. It’s clean and comfortable. But, the terrible problem is the faucet at the sink it doesn’t have water. I call the receptionist, they come the see and said:” Im sorry, I can not fix it”. I ask him to change to another room. He said : can not . I ask him one more time: you can not? He said yes. I pay for this room but I have to stay with the room it’s very inconvenient. And The TV not working, not connected. I’m really get mad because it’s very inconvenient for my family 4 people to us the sink. We have to get water from the faucet of bathtub . We use the bathtub loke the sink. When we check out,I ask the receptionist can do some thing for me happy like discount for me a little because the problem of the sink. She answered: can not do anything. She took a note about the problems. She said her manager will contact me . 5 days late after I checked out, no managers contact me or even call me back. This hotel is very bad services. The staff not helpful to solve the problems for customers even it’s very simple like changing the room , the problem is the hotel not convenient to stay but they Do Not changing the room for customers. I will never come back again with this hotel.
