"The facility is under renovation so there is some inconvenience. There were a number of items we found unacceptable. The heating system was not working in the rooms. Staff did provide extra blankets and a plug-in heater, but it would be better if the system actually worked. The hotel booked a large college group event but did not segregate the group rooms from other guests. Consequently, there was loud parting in the halls until at least midnight. Calls to the front desk did not alleviate the situation and security did not show up to quiet things down. It appears the simple coffee shop option for dining has been eliminated in favor of specialty food options which tend to be pricier and offer less options. Probably will not go to the Nugget again. The parking exit system did not seem to work on several occasions necessitating delay and requests for help."
"The property needs some maintenance. Bathroom fan extremely loud, only one chair stained and damaged. Sink plug didn't work, TV hard to operate. When thinking about leaving early due to wife's medical condition, they refused to refund unused days. Will not stay here again."
"Looking for a place to hide on the run after committing a hideous crime, looking for the right spot to open that meth lab you've been dreaming about?.....or are you more of the "creative" type in search of the perfect setting to shoot a low budget slasher movie? LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!
There isnt so much as a speck of Quality at this Quality in and Sweats (oh oopps ...typo, should have been SUITES...but it smells of sweaty crevices. )
From the weed ridden, roof falling front drive, all the way to your first floor room overlooking a drained swimming pool you will enjoy the character of this decapitated find. No need to worry about stairs! 2nd floor is boarded up. Stepping into your room you will be amazed at the missing amenities they warn you about in the lobby. The patched up holes in the wall and ceiling gave the place a nice lived feeling. As a weary traveler you will appreciate the soft welcoming comfort of other peoples hair on the sheets...not just one, but a few people....and a short black hair dog of some type. Adds a little extra layer for those cool Minden nights. Once relaxing in your hair bed, you will marvel watching your favorite movie forever. Thats right the internet speed allows you to watch a 90 minute movie over 3 hours! More time to love it. The guy at the front desk tried his best but I was stuck...no rooms available elsewhere so it was a fun time for me. It was the most terrifying experience for a lone female traveler"
"The place is nice enough, with the expected references to Jimmy Buffet, but my issues began with the check in. I expected to pay the typical “resort fee”but I was also informed of the $40 valet parking. I was told I could park next door at Harrah’s, but there was a 2 hour limit, etc. Besides that, there was no receipt to show me what my $122.10 was for.
In the room, there is a hole in the sheet, the bed was sloppily made and there was a scrap of paper behind the night stand, of which I took pictures.
When we checked out, I was informed a receipt would be sent to me by noon, which I have yet to see.
Jimmy must be turning in his grave."

"This hotel has seen better days. They REALLY need to renovate not just paint. The staff was friendly and professional. The room had many issues that need to be repaired."
"There is a restaurant and they give you coupons at check in. No free breakfast. But the food was yummy and the service great. Also an amazing view. The rooms were not new but clean and comfy. There is literally anything a traveling family could need. Food, gas, a yard, play set, convenient store. All within the compound of the lodge. As a mom I found this extremely convenient and helpful. I will definitely be staying again if I'm ever in the area. You really can't beat the view at sunset!"
