The heart of real Cancun

The hotel has been around for awhile but still in good shape and a very nice location. Excellent staff. I regularly stay here when coming to Cancun for dental work -- at least the first night because it's in easy walking distance to the ADO bus station

Good hotel, with decent budget. Easy access to downtown, ADO bus station and has lot of options around for restaurants. Room doesn't come with: Oven Dryer It's apt for people coming to stay overnight as budget friendly, no luxury expectations.

The location is really great!!! That’s all what we like. No body soup, no shampoo and conditioner, no hair dryer. Broken tap and shower head. Very noisy music singing laughing talking in night time until 2am with other guests from India. If you don’t mind these things and your priorities are only location and price, we recommend this hotel.

The rooms didn't quite match the glamour of the online photos, they looked simple with no charm. The room was lacking a ceiling fan and missing toiletries for the 1st night. The cleanliness of the room was consistent, with daily housekeeping ensuring fresh linens and a tidy space. Plus, the reliable availability of warm water in the shower was a comforting touch.

This property needs a serious upgrade of the facilities. In addition, some of the rooms are exposed to very loud music. I had to pay extra to change my room to avoid the music. The staff, however, were friendly and efficient.

Staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and friendly. Guests were noisy and did not consider that other guests were there too. From outside building looked good but inside, room was not greatest. Sink taps were old and leaking, no sprinkle system, Air conditioner was old and noisy,, did not feel safe to be there. We were there for 3 nights, saw police two times. It does not look like, building meets standard code for housing..

Um. It’s not a good look. It looks as though there is a massive group of families 10-15 -living there with young children. Why do I assume that? Only at him would I put my naked foot on a coffee table in the lobby. Actually I wouldn’t even do that because I have too much respect for my home. Would I stay there again? Only if I was on a super budget. Why? -Lobby and hotel filled with residents (loud) -Bed mattress non existent because you could feel the board slats. -Kavia amenities? -Had to leave a $10 US OR ID for remote control and key -It was SUPER CLEAN. Kudos to the housekeeping who work super hard. How they keep them working there with all those families to clean up after - I dunno. - The tv had streaming - internet during the day was unpredictable

Bed was HORRIBLE. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. No sound proofing. If you are facing the park, you will hear the music until 4am. No fridge. They dont allow you to drink alcohol on property, not even in tour room. The room keys had to be reprogrammed every single day, staff couldnt be bothered to program them properly.
