This is not your typical rental it’s more like a home with everything you need. Totally updated exactly like photos. Parking is easy and property management are friendly and professional. 」

「Location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. A plus was getting the use of a couple of beach chairs since we traveled by air. There was plenty of towels and supplies like paper towels and soaps. The place could have been cleaned better. There was sand in one of the dining chairs and the floor needed mopped. Bed however was clean and comfortable. One elevator was hit and miss and the other was down our entire stay. The staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies. 「A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more "action". No restaurants or shops in walking...
