Beach Front Condo at the Avalon Club

This new luxurious 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers views of the ocean from your private balcony. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the shrimp trawlers making their way out to sea. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. This suite can accommodate 7 people, with a King, Queen, and Twin bed in each of the three bedrooms, a full-sized sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms.
Please note that the twin bedroom does not have a window.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

Property is just as described. Check in was easy and Cheyenne gave us all the information we needed, staff followed up by text and were available that way (or at the desk) throughout. Every employee we encountered was super nice. Unit was really clean, plenty of space to spread out and in the fridge, cabinets, etc... Beds were comfortable, couch was less so, but I assume it may have been a fold out and those only get so comfortable for sitting. Unit had good wifi and unit had roku devices on all the tvs so we could log in to our accounts. Loved the ability to check out towels, chairs, & umbrellas and carry them to the beach. We could walk out/in of the unit with a cooler only in our hands - it made beach trips much simpler. Loved having a less-crowded beach area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc... Uber pickup was easy for further distances. We loved sitting on the balcony. Tropical Storm Debby passed through during our stay, but the condo has backup generators and we had no issues - just sat and watched the storm through our windows. We were in 309, which has the sliding door to the balcony facing the ocean and also windows to the north in the main living area. The two larger bedrooms had windows facing the ocean as well. The roof of the neighboring house reached just below the unit. I thought it would interrupt the view and bother me, but it really didn't. We'd return to the Avalon (and same unit) in a heartbeat - and are looking forward to it!

Wonderful property and location
We really enjoyed everything about this property, from our checkin with Chyene, who was so pleasant and helpful, to the amenities of the unit we stayed in. The proximity to the beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops was wonderful, and the property is on a quiet street. Having chairs, towels and umbrellas available was great, and the unit was well stocked, spacious, and comfortable. Next time, we’d probably ask for a condo higher up to get a more unobstructed view of the beach. Overall, a wonderful property, with VERY nice, helpful, responsive people working there.

My new "Go To"!!
I love love love this place!! I was with five teens and pre-teens and they loved it. It was an easy check-in, the front desk personnel are awesome, parking was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I loved the fact that the beach was so close. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided was way convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, we ate at the local restaurants, which for the most part was in walking distance. Pier 60 was super close too.

Great ocean views, from all rooms. Nice, clean, well equipped, and very spacious. All you need for a beach day is there, chairs, Sun umbrellas, water toys, etc. Just 60 feet from the ocean. The neighborhood is also gray, north beach is quiet and not so crowded. Highly recommendable, I’ll return next year.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, the place and location are both great! The staff is friendly and the place is really nice. The view of the ocean is obstructed by houses but you still get a good view, just not the one on the main photo.

A Birthday Getaway for Our Best Friend
Although the room was a little stark, it was amazingly clean. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for the beach and only a short walk down Mandalay Ave to the shops and restaurants. It is also pet friendly, I’m sure we will book this property again!

Spotlessly clean unit, great location. Easy walk to restaurants, stores, & beach but a nice distance apart from the bustle of the main drag. The unit was a little stark with regard to decor but it was large & very comfortable. Odd that the second bedroom had no closet.
