8.8/10 Excellent! (1,009 reviews)
The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

There was a dirty towel and robe on the back of the bathroom door. We called to let them know and they assured they would come and clean it. After they didn’t come a couple hours later we called again and they never did come. The room was beautiful otherwise and the front desk at check in was really wonderful. All of the staff that we met in person was really wonderful, it was just disappointing that they didn’t come to clean when it was brought to their attention twice. The hotel itself was also gorgeous.

The room is extremely outdated! The carpet was dirty. The front staff was straight to the point not very polite when I called and had a question. Great access to MGM Grand. An easy walk. I don’t think I would stay here again.
