Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa

Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa

8/10 Good
"Pros -beautiful resort -very nice pools -marketplace is great and convenient -felt very safe -1 bedroom was very big -2 bathrooms was great -across the street from the old 7 mile bridge with a 5 mile round trip walk to Pigeon Key -easy pick up by boat from marina Cons -bed was extremely hard for me -very loud due to the walkways being wood -right next to a laundry so we started hearing lots of loud noise next door at 6:45am which didn't stop until 7pm -only 40% occupancy when we were there and our room was next to the laundry and then a family with 3 little kids were next to us on the second day. -walls are paper thin. Sounded like the kids were in the room with us. -so close I could smell the Doritos they were eating on their balcony. **Next time we will get a 2 bedroom and use the bedroom in the back so we don't hear the noise. **Upon checkout we were asked how our stay was. I told them about the noise and was offered free parking for our 3 nights stay. I feel that was a fair compensation."

"The property is well kept and extremely clean. One of the cleanest I have ever seen to my delight. The restaurant's menu was amazing and the food fresh and delicious. The only thing I wasn't happy was the fees and extra expenses that appeared out of the blue at the check out...In my opinion those things should have been included in the reservation. Overall the experience was outstanding."
