"We only stayed one night, but had a wonderful visit. Staff provided an excellent dining option - Sparky's which we loved. We met some locals that were friendly and welcoming. We used the kayaks (free) in the morning and afternoon and the pool. Both were lovely. Property is in excellent condition. Only concern might be when exiting the bathroom, as there was a step in our unit. FYI only, this is not a reason to stop you from renting a unit. "

"This is a cool idea and maybe other sites or even other boats would have made this a better stay. We had a problem with our head/toilet and it would not hold water so the noxious gas kept infiltrating the entire space. The boats are so packed in that there is zero cross ventilation so we resolved to close the bathroom door and only use the public baths. The place still smelled terrible. We reported this issue multiple times and when someone responded, we were told that the repair would need to be done when we were not there because it would get worse before it got better. We provided a time at 5:00, had an issue with a late Uber and left at 5:15 no one ever came back to fix it. We left the next morning. The sunset beach is lovely and has nice chairs for relaxing. There are kayaks but the entry is not ideal and I was bleeding by the time I got in. The property is at the end of a runway of a local airport and aside from the air traffic, the smell of jet fuel coupled with the floating septic tank we were living in was unbelievable. This place was not inexpensive and needs to do better. I rarely cast poor reviews because I do not want to damage reputations, but sure would have appreciated this information prior to our booking. "We had a wonderful stay for 2nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside of the property was pretty and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and had great suggestions on where to view the beautiful water. Overall was a nice pleasent stay. Would recommend."

"This resort is a solid 3 star. Check-in is definitely 4 pm or later. No rooms were ready any earlier. Rooms were updated, except for the TV's which were small and dated. (this is my husbands complaint) Clean, however no daily room cleaning unless you ask. I did request our sheets to be changed but the bed was only made, not changed. The bedroom air conditioner blows directly on the right side of the bed, so this took some adjusting in the middle of the night, thus the request for clean sheets. Breakfast was tasty but limited, scrambled eggs or hard boiled, bacon and waffles. Bread, English muffins. Coffee, juice and whole fruit available. I wish there had been some muffins or danish for those with a morning sweet tooth. We never ordered lunch but I did see quite large portions served, mostly leaning Greek. All look good. The pool was nice, typical lounge grab in the mornings. Nice, large new umbrellas. Live music some afternoons. Everyone in the pool made for some murky water, but everyone seemed happy. Lots of boat talk. Overall a positive stay for us"
