「This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit.」

「The decor was updated a bit but then dated in other areas. The balcony cushions had stains and the carpet needed to be replaced. 」

「The staff is extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate my wife's needs as she just had hip replacement surgery and had some limitations. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are new and clean. We have stayed here several times when coming to the keys and highly recommend this place. Will stay here again for sure on our next trip to the keys.」

「Nice ocean view. The smell was horible because of the dead sea weeds. Kayaks and bicycles were available but locked up. Staff was not available in the evening and in the morning to supply the equipment. The shower was pressure was so low that water just dripping out. TV also was not working.」

「Although I’d love to give this hotel 5 stars due to the price I paid per night, I cannot. One, the property needs better maintenance, the common areas need to be cleaned more often, there was tons of iguana poop by the pool, it was nasty; the bathrooms by the beach and lobby we’re disgusting; the first room we were given looked like a room at a motel - very outdated, dark & ugly. Not something you expect when paying $600+ a night. The AC did not work night, it was awful! We were upgraded the...

「Auf unserem Roadtrip nach Key West haben wir auf Islamorada einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Ressort wurde uns gezeigt und wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade des Zimmers. Das Ressort selbst ist eine Perle, ist es etwas abgelegen von der Strasse und eher in einem wunderbaren Boutique Stil gehalten. Die Ruhe, der Mond über dem Meer, die liebevoll gestalteten Unterkünfte - das war schon ein außergewöhnlicher schöner Stopp auf dem Weg. Sehr empfehlenswert!」
