「We booked a newly renovated 1 queen bed and 2 twin, 2 bedroom villa. The twin room was SO small they had the beds touching each other pushed into a corner, and there was only about 12 inches of space between the bed and wall to walk to the bathroom. No room for luggage, and they had to be put in the closet. There was a dresser that we had to put in hallway bc we couldn't even open the door all the way. Pictures were very deceiving. Another family we met at pool booked a 2 Queen room with pullout...

「Room was clean but room and furnishings were old, run down, and uncomfortable. Metal bed frame had rusted hardware, refrigerator didn’t work, tiny sink in bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Room was way too small for the price. Attractive view of coconut palms and Florida Bay from the room and nice sunset views. Overall needs a major remodel in my opinion. Air conditioning was noisy and because the room was so small, it was either too cold or off, which almost instantly made it too hot....

「This was absolutely horrible! Amara Cay overbooked us, tried to blame Expedia, ruined our trip and moved us to their sister site even though our friends were staying there. 」

「Poolside was nice and you can get food there. There are 2 pools. There is no beach. Many of the staff are foreign born but their English is good enough that they are able to assist you.」

「We had a wonderful stay in the BOTE House. Perfect for a small family and dogs with the fenced in yard. The staff was great and very accommodating. The access to the other resorts and amenities is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!」
