「Great resort」

「beach is nice. has sand which not all do. well kept. rooms nice. mine was on the beach, slight upcharge but worth it. breakfast is simple but good. 4 kinds of fresh muffins cooked on site and 2 kinds of egg frittatas. I recommend this hotel. 」

「Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. 」

「The beach was the only nice thing about the property. Our cinder block room was so tiny we couldn’t even open up our suitcase unless we put it on top of the bed— there was literally less than 12” on each side of the bed. The noise was so loud from the highway that we needed to keep the a/c fan running all night to try to drown out some of the noise. 「The property staff is the sweetest and make sure you have everything you need! Everything you need in a room, nice pool that overlooks the water, and great food and activities nearby. Would definitely stay here again for a great affordable option in the area! 」

「Room was clean and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good and loved view of marina. Parking was limited in front of hotel but there was a good alternate option. 」

「Overpriced by a long shot. Old,needs an upgrade. Elevator was not working so had to lug all our luggage up 3 flights. Room took 2 extra hours after check in and we got up there and girl at desk never activated our key. Avoid this place.」

「Property was fine air seemed to cycle off and in and make a lot of extra noise periodically. Older property. Breakfast buffet was good. Oil are and tiki bar good music was exceptional and Skippers restaurant was good with good service behind the hotel. Would book again by maybe a pool side lower level with outdoor tables and chairs. 」

「We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress. 」

「Super nice staff with a great small resort. Definitely would stay here again! Rooms were spacious and amenities on site were great. Heated pool close to the ocean. The only thing it’s missing is a good sandy beach. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to go snorkeling or enjoy all the available water toys.」

「Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔」
