"The best thing is the location and nice staff. Tv and the phone in the room didn't work. The room wasnt the cleanest either, lots of stain in the bed. after we went to the beach, we asked for our room to be cleaned cause we had a bit of sand in the room; after we came back, we could still feel the sand in the floor. Pool wasnt really clean either, lots of leaves +bugs."

"Room was beat up and there were hairs. On towels. When booking from pictures and when you enter the lobby it looks excellent. When you get to the room it looks like a roach motel. Ice machine didnt work and there is only one. No working water fountains and only vending machines for food. Also rooms were like ice boxex and there was no heat at all. "

"Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. The staff is very cold and business oriented almost feels that they are doing you a favor by staying there. I left my room before 7am and got a bill a few days later for $450 of late check out!! Didn’t received a notification of the charge or invoice just the charge on my credit card. I am still waiting for that credit! Not a good stay/experience at all!!!"
